The Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) will be shutting down a portion of Iowa Highway 141 tomorrow for maintenance.

According to the DOT, the right eastbound lane of the highway will be closed from M Avenue to 141st Street, just outside of Perry. The department says that drivers that need to gain entrance to either Raccoon Valley Radio or Van Wall Equipment will have to use the frontage road access off of Iowa Highway 169. 

DOT Officials state that the work will start at 5am tomorrow and should be reopened by 5pm the same day. Drivers are asked to be aware of the construction zone barricades. Any questions can be directed to the Iowa DOT’s Perry office at (515)-239-1289.
