Fredy Espinoza Flores, age 22, 3309 McKinley St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

William Wilson, age 52, 835 N. 4th St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

Laurie Zirkle, Panora, was traveling in the 19000 block of K Ave when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $6000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
