Ashley Sunner, age 38, 2234 Chan Dr, Adel, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and two counts of Child Endangerment.

Sept. 28th

Hunter Stout, age 25, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault.

Katie Lind, age 43, 304 Madison St, De Soto, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault, Assault On Persons In Certain Occupations and Interference With Official Acts.

Ronald Faux, Grimes, was riding a motorcycle on Hwy 141 at O Ave when he used the median crossover to turn around.  When he did this, the motorcycle fell over and his passenger was injured.  The passenger was transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries. The motorcycle received approximately $500 damage.

Robert Bergholz, Lincoln, NE, was traveling in the 32000 block of R Ave when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.

Rose Troutner, Madrid, was driving on I80 near the 109 mile marker, when she sweved to miss a possum in the road and collided with a vehicle driven by Travis Davis, West Des Moines.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000 to each vehicle.  Both vehicles were able to be driven away from the scene.

Sept. 29th

Benito Damas Hernandez, age 32, 1107 S. Commercial Ave, Eagle Grove, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Operate without Interlock, Provide False Identification Information.  He was also cited for Speeding, No Valid Driver’s License and Driving On Wrong Side Of Two Way Highway.

Chelsey Christensen, Atlantic, was traveling in I80 near the 120 mile marker, when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
