The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors met in regular session Tuesday.
The Board heard from Health Services Director Jotham Arber, who shared on the status of the mental health services provided by the Public Health Department, along with the progress on the dog bite ordinance he and others had worked on, along with other forms of good news for the other departments under his purview.
The Board then reviewed presentation materials on the emergency medical services (EMS) ballot measure that will be on the ballot for the November election. The materials included a flyer that had information, and a way for individuals to find out where they could find more, along with a presentation that Supervisors will be using at upcoming community meetings in order to share more information with residents in multiple locations. The Board also approved keeping the Guthrie County Compensation Board instead of dissolving it.
