The West Central Valley Wildcat football team now sit at 2-3 after falling to the now 4-1 Grand View Christian Thunder. The Wildcats, traveled to Saydel, hoping to rain on the Thunder’s parade as Grand View Christian was celebrating homecoming. The Wildcats would battle ferociously, but would fall short to the Thunder by just six points, with the final score of the match up being 20-14 in favor of Grand View Christian.

It’s homecoming week coming up for the West Central Valley Wildcats who look to bounce back as they face off against the Nodaway Valley Wolverines. The action is set to begin at West Central Valley High School at 7pm.
