Homecoming is here at Dallas Center-Grimes as the 0-4 Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs look celebrate the festivities in a grand fashion, with a win over the 1-3 Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson Yellowjackets. Although the Mustangs go into tonight’s match up without a victory so far, they have a historical record of 3-0 against the Yellowjackets dating back to 2021.

The sophomore Chase Engel will get the starting nod as quarterback tonight as Tate Perrin will sit to let his ankle heal. Engel, Valenta, Heidgerken and Stolpe hope to guide the Mustangs to success while looking to achieve their first win of the season. The homecoming action begins tonight at 7pm and will be broadcasted live on KDLS2.
