7:27am: A deputy assisted with a horse out in the 2000 block of 170th Street.

10:04am: A deputy assisted a motorist on Apple Avenue near 330th Street.

10:13am: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

12:33pm: A deputy assisted with a civil argument in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

2:22pm: Eeko Baccam 37 of Spencer was booked into the jail for theft in the 4th degree.

5:59pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue.

Tuesday, September 24th

4:11am: A deputy assisted with a faulty smoke alarm in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

6:52am: The Sheriff and deputies investigated a complaint of a spill on the railroad tracks that started in Carroll County and went to Boone County. The spill was identified as beef tallow.

2:19pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of baby hogs on the roadway near E Avenue and 330th Street.

4:42pm: A deputy assisted an Iowa State Trooper with a traffic stop on 100th Street near Maple Street, Guthrie County.

6:06pm: Michael Hol 32 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for abandonment or neglect of a dependent person, Serious injury by vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.

7:01pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1000 block of 130th Street.

7:20pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on N Avenue near 150th Street.

8:55pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near U Avenue.

1:11pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 1100 block of 237th Street.

1:35pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity on 220th Street near S Avenue.

4:38pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

4:41pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 500 block of South 12th Street, Grand Junction.

7:07pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on South 9th Street near Bennett Street, Grand Junction.

7:46pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 700 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

8:11pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 250th Street near J Avenue.

10:32pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 200 block of South 6th street, Grand Junction.

11:22pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 300 block of West Kelly Street, Grand Junction.

4:26pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an ill raccoon in the 100 block of Sunset Drive, Grand Junction.
