Accident reported in the 1500 blk of W 2nd St. No injuries.

Unit 1 Whi 2016 Nissan Frontier, driven by Brandon Henry of 2717 Warford St. Approx. damage $500, Unit 2 2005 Red Dodge R15, driven by Robert Stiles of 711 5th St. Approx damage $750.

Unit 1 backed out of Chuy’s parking lot and looked but did not see as unit 2 headed NB on w 2nd in front of Chuy’s parking lot. Both units sustained minor damage and drove away from scene.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
