Bradley Runge, Des Moines, was driving East bound on 240TH ST when he was struck by another vehicle from behind driven by Dane Steelman.  Bradley reported no injuries and an estimated of $8,000 in damage to the vehicle. Dane Steelman reported no injuries and approximately $5,000 in damage.

Jennifer Defrance, age 52, 29456 Old Portland RD, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  Original charge was Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
