Arrest: Smith, Shiela Lee Age 44 Adr/1414 5th St. Charged with Public Intoxication.

Report taken of theft at the 1300 blk of Willis Ave. Case investigated, phone found and returned. No charges.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
