The West Central Valley Wildcats volleyball team now sit at 1-9 after falling to the Woodward-Granger Hawks. The Wildcats, would come out motivated and hungry at home scoring the first point of the match to set the tempo for the first set. The Wildcats would claim victory in the first set 25-23. This would motivate the Hawks however, who would come back to win the next three sets to claim a 3-1 victory against the Wildcats. West Central Valley would fall 25-12 in the second set, and would fight back in the third set but would fall short 25-21. The match would come to an end in the fourth set with a final score of 25-13.

The 1-9 Wildcats now have a week until their next match up in Ogden as West Central Valley looks to rain on the Bulldog’s senior night parade on Tuesday. The action is set to begin at 6:30pm.
