Funeral services for Carlos Lee McGee, 94, Waukee. formerly of Yale, will be 2:30 P.M., Monday, September 23, 2024, at the Twigg Funeral Home, Panora. Burial will be in the Brethren Cemetery, Panora. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Memorials may be left to the Woodland Hills Church of Christ, 2484 SE 68th St., Pleasant Hill, IA 50327.
Lee is survived by his children, Ricky (Jo) McGee of West Des Moines; Lori (Jeff) Ford of Waukee; Roger (Jolleen) McGee of Urbandale; Ron (Jacquie) McGee of Norwalk; and Cheri (John) Swafford of Cleveland, Tennessee; 14 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren with two on the way; sisters, Doris Getty of New York; Ethel Davis of Pennsylvania; and Elsie Snyder of Pennsylvania.
