The AC/GC Chargers are celebrating Homecoming this week.

Things are a little slower on the competition side of things this week, as there are only two days where varsity athletic teams will be in action. Both of the cross country teams compete Thursday, as they head to Panora to run. Familiar teams include Earlham, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Des Moines Christian, Greene County, Madrid, Nodaway Valley, Ogden, Panorama, Perry and Van Meter. The football team takes the field on Friday, as they host South Central Calhoun for the big Homecoming game.
