An annual event is happening tomorrow at the Greene County Fairgrounds.
Doug Hawn is the Greene County Fair Board Secretary and Treasurer and says the Red Barn Home and Craft Show is at the fairgrounds from 9am-4pm. He notes that over 50 vendors will be in Clover Hall and next to the North Hal and about half of the vendors are new. Hawn points out there are not only local individuals, at-home businesses and retailers at the Red Barn Home and Craft Show, but vendors from places like Rockwell City, Boone, and Carroll will be there.
Jefferson Matters Executive Director Matt Wetrich invites everyone to check it out.
“And that’s always a great crowd that shows up to that. People love seeing all the fun things coming and going out of the big craft show. So what the out of town folks are bringing to the Red Barn because that’s always great out there at the fairgrounds.”
Hawn adds admission is free and the Jefferson BPO Does will be serving breakfast all day while supplies last. Some of the food items include cinnamon rolls, breakfast burritos, along with a variety of lunch items as well.
