The Dallas Center Grimes Mustang fall golf team had a stellar performance on Tuesday at the Ottumwa Boys Golf Invitational held at the Ottumwa Golf and Social Club. The Mustangs, placed first with a team score of 296 strokes, with Norwalk behind them at 302 strokes. Mustang senior Noah Moberg placed 1st in the 18 hole low final scores, with a 71 stroke game. Sophomore Jackson Zeller would also find success in the top five, placing 4th with a score of 74 strokes.

Moberg and Zeller and the rest of the Mustang fall golf team prepare for their next contest on Monday in Ames. The action is set to begin at 10am on Monday at Veenker Memorial Golf Course in Ames.
