Arrest: Armstrong, Dakota Wyle Age 31 Adr/ 1715 Vine St. Charged with Contemp-Violation No Contact Order and Harassment- 1o Degree

Veh 1. Gry 2009 Nissan Rogue, driven by Riquelme Ibarra, Yaretzy of 1615 2nd St. Approx damage $8,000. Veh 2 Whi 2019 Chev Silverado Reg to Walton Tree Service LLC.

Parked vehicle, approx. damage $1,000. Veh 1 was driving EB in the 1300 blk of North St when she became blinded by the sun, did not see parked veh 2 which was legally parked on southside of the North St. Veh 1 hit the rear of Veh 2 and sustained major damage to her front end with airbag deployment. Veh 1 was towed by HiTow. NO Injuries. Veh 2 had minor damage and was able to drive away from scene.

Veh 2 Blue 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan to lowa Department of Public Defense of Johnston, IA. No driver. Veh 2 was parked facing NB in the parking lot of the Iowa National

Armory, Unit 3 proceeded to reverse out of its parking spot striking Veh 1. Unit 1 Sustained damages totaling $1000 while Unit 2 received damage approx. $3000. No injuries, driver’s exchange given to both parties.

Report of fireworks being shot in the area of 200 blk of Warford St. Officers patrolled, unable to locate.

Arrest: Campos Rosas, Yahir Alberto Age 21, Charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1″ Offense, Leave Scene of PD accident and Use ECD while Driving >18 yoa.

Veh 1 Grn 2003 GMC Yukon Denali Driven by arrested person. Approx damage $15,000. Property damage to electrical pole owned by Alliant Energy, approx. damage $3,000. Intoxicated male hit a pole at 4th /Dewey St and left the scene,

Report of Harassment made from the 800 blk of Warford St. Case under investigation.

Report of an accident Via 911 call in the 1500 blk of 5th St, officers responded. Unable to locate any accidents.

Arrest: 17 yoa male of Perry, IA, charged with Possession of Marijuana 1a and Minor use of Tobacco/Vapor Products- 1st
