
The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday night.
The Council will consider for approval a request for a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) agreement extension for SLK Holding #002, LLC, a partial payment to McAninch Corporation for $28,504.23 and the final plat map, both for the Wambold Phase Three housing project. They will also consider for approval the second pay application for the 2023 sanitary sewer system improvements project for $33,345.47, a change order for the same project, and removal and replacement of the front steps of City Hall, along with bids for tree removal.
The Council will then consider for approval a proposal from the Stuart Rescue Department to donate the 2006 Medtac Ambulance, before hearing an update from Rescue Director Sean Bovinett. They will consider for approval an electric franchise fee update and TIF application for Doely Holdings LLC, the annual financial report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and a human resources consultant proposal.
The Council will also consider for approval an ordinance amending the zoning supplementary district regulations for the City Code, TIF applications for 112 North Division Street and 119 West Front Street, a residential single family zoning exception, and restrictive covenants for the Wambold Phase Three project. They will hear an appeal from Doely Holdings LLC to paint the exterior of their building at 123 Northwest 2nd Street, and from Mayor Dick Cook on garbage collection at the South Summit Apartments and mowing contract services.
