The Iowa Arts Council (IAC) has started a contest for communities to win a chance to have an Iowa artist paint a mural in their town.

Midwest Partnership Executive Director Brenda Dudley shares that the IAC and Iowa Economic Development Authority have partnered for the Iowans Create Community Mural Contest. Cities, municipalities and economic development entities may submit a video no longer than one minute, that shows why they believe that their community is a great place to play, work and live.
