The AC/GC Chargers cross country teams will be on the road tonight.

The Chargers are heading to Gowrie Municipal Golf Course for a meet hosted by the Southeast Valley Jaguars. This is the first meet of the season for AC/GC and their new head coach Rick Blake. Familiar faces also competing include the Greene County Rams, Madrid Tigers, Panorama Panthers, Perry Bluejays, West Central Valley Wildcats and Woodward Academy Knights. In Class 1A after the preseason rankings, the Chargers boys cross country team is currently ranked 3rd, and the girls team is ranked 5th.
