Arrest: Jones, Cara Ann Age/ 31 Adr/ 2811 Warford St #6 Perry, IA. Charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Driving Under Suspension.

Accident hit and run reported from the 1200 blk of 18″ ST.
Veh/ Whi 2013 Ford Focus, Driver/ Hughes, Ellie Louise of 14561 J Ave.

Hughes was stopped in traffic in front of the Perry Middle School when a white van rear ended her then drove off. Case under investigation.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
