A philanthropic organization in Guthrie County is nearing a new milestone.
The 10 Squared Plus Men of Guthrie County has been making donations to different entities in Guthrie County for several years now, with three donations per year. Each donation since the first in July of 2016 has only grown, and the total amount that the group has donated of course has followed suit and grown as well. The first donation 10 Squared made was to the Elementary School Back Pak program for $11,100, which served Adair, Guthrie Center, Panorama and West Central Valley. The most recent donation was made in July this year, with at least $20,600 donated to the Panora Chamber of Commerce for a new Main Street sound system. Including both, and every donation in between, 10 Squared has donated $399,150.
