A fundraiser for school items served even more youth in Greene County.

Jefferson Telecom Marketing Manager Jody Schulte tells Raccoon Valley Radio they participated in the Back to School Supply Drive, which was led by Greene County New Opportunities and Coordinator Teresa Lansman. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio this year’s fundraiser surpassed last year’s 180 of youth served with 210. 

Each child received a backpack filled with needed school supplies. Jefferson Telecom General Manager Jamie Daubendiek appreciates the generosity of the community and is proud to be part of the fundraiser with New Opportunities as one of the drop-off locations.
