The 2024-25 fall athletic season is underway for Adel-DeSoto-Minburn, as Athletic Director Rod Wiebers details final preparations.

Wiebers tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the tradition of family week in the state of Iowa was much needed following a championship run by the Tigers’ softball team in late July. He mentions that his focus at the moment is getting students registered for their respective sports, plus finalizing ticket pricing information for home games. Wiebers zeroes in on the main premise of the upcoming athletic year.

“We continue to push our kids to do great things, and expectations for our programs and our community and it’s one of the things we want to continue to build on an outstanding (20)23-24 school year to have another great one here in 2024-25.”

Wiebers is pumped for the fall season, with ADM Volleyball beginning Thursday, August 29th; Football on Friday, August 30th; and Cross Country on Saturday, August 31st.
