The Stuart Lions Club is sponsoring a fun event for next week.

On August 28th, the Culpepper and Merriweather Circus will be at the City Sports Complex, with showtimes at 5pm and 7:30pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance at First State Bank in Stuart, The Stuart Herald and The Stuart Scoop. Advance tickets are $13 for adults and $8 for children two to twelve years of age and seniors over the age of 65. Tickets are also available on the day of the circus, costing $16 for adults and $9 for children two to twelve years of age and seniors over the age of 65. Children that are under two years old can get in for free. For those looking for something fun to do the morning of the circus, the public can come to watch the raising of the tent.
