The Greene County School Board will meet tomorrow night.
Under old business, the Board will hold a public hearing about selling property to The Children’s Center and the second reading of a board policy for post-issuance compliance regulation for tax-exempt obligations. Additionally, the Board will consider approving several items with the $5,165,000 of general obligation bonds, including appointing a paying agent, note registrar and transfer agent; the tax exempt certificate, continuing the disclosure certificate and a resolution to authorize the issuance of the bonds.
Then under new business, the Board will consider for approval school driving permits, fundraiser requests and the 2024-25 bus driver and coaches and directors handbooks. They will also consider approving the tele-health agreement with Classroom Clinic, appointing the Level I Investigator for the district, the state auditor’s request to move inactive activity accounts, the 2023-24 treasurer’s report, and a resolution for the 2024-25 depositories.
