The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow night.

The Council will consider for approval an economic development agreement with No Limits Properties, LLC with owner Tim Heisterkamp of $150,000 and a facade grant application. They will also consider approving a $116,426 economic development agreement for Brent and Jen Badger, and an amendment to the economic development agreement with Pub Adventures, LLC with Amanda Bills and Addi Meyer and a facade grant application. 

Additionally, the Council will consider approving a resolution for the Rural Housing Workshop and the Rural Housing Committee, hiring a new parks and recreation director, and setting a public hearing for a proposed easement for ITC Midwest. The Council will also consider approving the second change order, the final pay estimate and acceptance of completion for the airport hangar project, the first pay estimate for the East Lincoln Way road project, and the 18th pay estimate for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project.
