The Mustang football season officially begins today at Dallas Center-Grimes as the state of Iowa officially allows fall sport practices to begin today. After a week of camp that began last Monday, the Mustangs focused on their conditions and skill exercises for the upcoming season. Now the season is in full swing, official practices can begin to be held.

The official season opener for the Mustangs is schedule for Friday, August 3oth as the Mustangs will host the Gilbert Tigers. Although Gilbert defeated Dallas Center-Grimes last year 35-0, the Mustangs look to repeat history as they currently have a 3-1 record against the Tigers.
