Perry volleyball is taking advantage of “Family Week” being over by attending a camp at Central College in Pella.  The Jayettes have had a long couple of days with matches ranging from 9A to 7:45P.

Lynn Hulgan is stepping is stepping in as the head coach after being the assistant the last few years.  She is happy with the work the girls have been putting in during the offseason.  “We opened it up and it’s been pretty phenomenal our turnout for 7th through senior year I think we capped out around 26 players that have been showing up pretty consistently.”

Real practices will being on Monday for the Jayettes as they gear up for their first competition on September 7.  Perry is looking to improve on a season where they went 11-25.
