Dannell Benning, Grimes, was stopped in the 34000 block of N Ave for traffic,  when his car was struck by a vehicle driven by Seth Duroe, Cedar Falls.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Benning’s car was estimated at $1000. Damage to Mr. Duroe’s vehicle was estimated at $2000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Mr. Duroe was cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.

Alexander Hart, age 22, 8925 Cascade Ave, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Domestic Abuse Assault.

Jonathan Cheely, age 45, 4315 153rd St, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence.

John Moyle, age 41, 1614 Thomas St, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Interference With Official Acts and False Report To Public Entity.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
