Summer sports just concluded and we’re currently in the midst of “Family Week”.  Before we know it fall sports will be here.  Practice is set to begin on August 12 for the four sports Perry participates in.  Cross Country, Girls Swimming, and Football will all have their first competitions on August 29th.  Volleyball will wait until September 7th.  Cross Country opens at the Southeast Valley Invite.  Swimming will host Algona and football will be at Des Moines Hoover.  Fall will be a busy time for Perry as they get back into the swing of sports.  CC runs home meets at the Golf and Country Club.  Swimming is at the McCreary Center.  Volleyball will play in the gym on the newly named Dan Marburger Court.  Football plays at Dewey Field next to the high school.
