A huge annual garage sale is happening across many cities in the state of Iowa later this week.

The Iowa Highway 141 Garage Sale will be occurring all day on Friday and Saturday as it runs from Sloan to Grimes. There are several towns within Dallas County that the sale will pass through including Perry, Dawson, Bouton, and Woodward. 

With many garage sales happening in the area, it’s a good reminder to pay attention to cars pulling off to the side of the highway and to give enough room to prevent any crashes. According to the Highway 141 Sale Association, the entire route is 177 miles in length with plenty of opportunity to find memorable items.
