Dallas Center – Grimes 2023-24 season came to a close this past week for all of their sports, and it was a special year for the Mustangs, one that saw a lot of teams and individuals qualify for the state tournament.

In team sports, DCG saw boys and girls qualify for state in cross country, basketball, soccer, baseball, and softball. The boys and girls were both able to win state in soccer on the same day, a tremendous accomplishment for both of the programs.

For DCG, the success is a testament to the hard work and dedication that the DCG programs have been able to put together in the last few years. Participation is high in multiple sports, and for DCG having a bunch of multiple sport athletes have been critical to the success of all of the programs along with having terrific coaches as well.

DCG will be looking to have similar success in the upcoming season, as new seasons bring potential great opportunities for all of these programs.
