Minburn Communications recently named a new General Manager who will take over next year.

The organization is bringing in Douglas Pals to be the company’s new GM. Minburn Communications states that Pals will work alongside the current GM/CEO Debra Lucht through the rest of the year. The company highlights that Pals has a long history in the independent communications industry within the state of Iowa. 

Previously, Pals served as the Chief Experience Officer at Farmers Mutual Telephone Company for the last four years, and worked the last 22 years at Re:Sourceful Communications, where he was the founder and CEO. Pals will officially begin his role of GM and look to accept the CEO role in April of 2025.
