With July coming to an end and August on the horizon, fall sports at West Central Valley are beginning to ramp up. With open gyms for volleyball available at West Central Valley, Kelly Hammond has been tasked with getting the Wildcat girls in shape before the season starts. Hammond, who originally is the assistant coach for the Wildcat volleyball team, has been named head coach while coach Jami Schmitz is on maternity leave.

The Wildcats have two more weeks of open gyms before volleyball practices can officially begin on August 12th. Coach Hammond will take the reins as the Wildcats prepare for their first contest on August 22nd.
