Now that his first season as head coach with the Panorama Panther softball team has come to a close, coach Ismael Galvan praises his Panther athletes for embracing his vision for the program. Coach Galvan explained how difficult it can be to trust and buy into a new coach, especially for the seniors, but expressed how quickly the girls began to trust in him as a leader.

Galvan said, “Players in general any sports you know, you have a new new regime come in and try and have a new message sent out and a new approach and I think they really bought in again they were getting there they’re understanding again trying like you said they’re creatures of habit. And and stuff and we’ll have a lot more time with the girls and again they bought into that message though they did halfway through first two weeks of of games the first week of game they really started understanding what we were doing here about our next play mentality.”
