1500x500-2

The bats for Perry Baseball struggled for majority of the season.  The Bluejays exploded for 11 runs on May 16th against Ogden in a 11-7 win.  That would be the highest scoring output on the year.  Overall, Perry averaged 3.7 runs a game as they went 11-18.  The team hit .249 on the year.  The offense was led by Owen Myers.  The junior hit .391 which was a team high.  Geren Kenney and Drake Levan tied for second as they both hit .282.  Kenney had a team high 15 RBI’s even though he spent most of the season in the lead off spot.  Kaelan Davis hit the lone homerun for the Bluejays.  The lefty blasted one over the right field fence in the doubleheader against Nevada on June 7th.  In seven games, the offense was shutout.  Perry will need to replace three regulars in the battling order thanks to graduation.   The production of Drake Levan, Kain Killmer, and Kaelan Davis will have to be picked up by others next season.
