Iowa State University Extension is stopping by the Perry Public Library Friday for a special program.

The library is inviting children to come out Friday from 10:30am-12:30pm for a fun travel adventure occasion. According to Public Services Librarian Kayla Rothmeyer, participants will choose their own travel destination from an array of choices.

“Anywhere in the exotic jungles of Africa to the beauty of the mountains. Bryce Canyon in Utah to kayaking to Blue Heron Lake in West Des Moines. Just a gamma of different places, adventures.”

Rothmeyer notes that interested participants will need to register by tomorrow. Registration can be done either online at the Perry Library’s website or by calling the library at (515)-465-3569.
