A local funeral home in Perry has been recently acquired by an Urbandale based company.

Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory announces the company has purchased Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. According to the organization, the Hastings Funeral Home started serving the community in January of this year (2024). 

Caldwell Parrish emphasizes that any pre-arrangements submitted to Hastings Funeral Home will be handled with much care and dedication. The organization is reassuring the community that they are doing everything possible to ensure a smooth transition, and is honored to continue to operate in Perry under the Caldwell Parrish name.
