Churdan and surrounding residents that utilize the Boone County Landfill and/or participate in the Greene County Recycling program are encouraged to learn more about their recycling program.

Churdan Library Director Shari Minnihan says a Boone County Landfill representative will be at their library meeting room on Tuesday at 6:30pm. She tells Raccoon Valley Radio attendees will learn about the best recycling practices and how to have a safe environment for future generations. The presenter can also answer questions that people may have about the recycling program overall.

Attendees can also enjoy free ice cream sundaes prior to the program at 6pm.
