Survivors:   He is survived by his three sons, Nicholas, Elijah and Cayson; father, Dennis Cunningham of Greenfield; two brothers, Brian Cunningham of Des Moines and Joseph Cunningham of Greenfield; sister, Victoria Robertson (Jonathan) of Pekin, Illinois; other relatives and friends.
