The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Baseball team gets underway with postseason tonight, taking on a familiar foe.

The Tigers will travel to Ballard High School to compete with the Bombers for the Class 3A Substate 2 First Round game. ADM and Ballard are apart of the Raccoon River Conference, meaning this will be the third meeting between the two teams. The Tigers and Bombers split the two games this season with each time winning during their home games.

ADM leads the historical series 20-14. The Tigers concluded the regular season 15-14 overall (9-7 third place in the RRC), while the Bombers are also 15-14 overall (8-8 fifth place in the RRC).

First pitch is set for 7pm and Raccoon Valley Radio will carry the broadcast on K107.9 KKRF, starting at 6:45pm.
