An individual with 21st Century Rehabilitation at Greene County Medical Center has reached a specialized achievement.

Occupational Therapist Tyler Ommen is now a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). With this certification, Ommen can work with patients who are recovering from surgery, tendon repairs, ruptures, tendonitis, and other types of injuries as a CHT also covers the upper extremity of the arm to the shoulder. As for chronic issues such as arthritis, Ommen can help with making adjustments and activities to decrease aggravation or incorporate adaptive measures.
