
The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School Board met in regular session on Monday.
The board began the meeting by approving several agreements from Piper Sandler including an engagement sales tax letter, a financial services agreement, and a dissemination agent agreement amendment.
Other items that were approved during the meeting featured the 2022-2023 financial audit, the College and Career Transition Counselor Sharing Agreement with Des Moines Area Community College for the upcoming school year, and the International Accounting Standards Board Legislative Priorities.
Additional items that were approved related to the Annual Locate Contract as presented, an agreement with VSphere Refresh, as well as Adel Police Officer Gordy Shepherd to serve as the Reserve Officer for the school district for 2024-2025.
