
Perry Softball finished the regular season on Monday with a big win over Des Moines Hoover. The offense erupted for 14 runs in the victory. The Jayettes hadn’t scored that many since opening day. Now is the perfect time for Perry to get hot. Postseason play begins tomorrow.
The Jayettes travel to Denison to take on the Monarchs. This will be the first time these two schools meet. Perry enters the game with an 8-18 record. On the season, the Jayettes are averaging 4.5 runs a game. In wins, they are averaging 10.75 runs per game. The bats will look to lead the Jayettes to a Regional quarterfinal win tomorrow, First pitch is scheduled for 7P and will air on KDLS.
