Dallas Center – Grimes softball will be wrapping up their busy regular season schedule tonight when they take on Waukee Northwest in Dallas Center.

The game will be a final tune up for DCG before their postseason begins on Saturday, as they will have to win two postseason games to make it to Fort Dodge. This series is a newer one with both teams facing off against each other twice in 2022 and twice last year. The series is tied 2-2 currently.

Both teams have excellent offenses but its the pitching and fielding that have been big, with both teams giving up less than three runs per game.

First pitch for this contest will be happening at 7:30, as the Mustangs will be looking to find a tremendous win at home before postseason play.
