Tonight is the second to last chance to see the Greene County High School baseball team at Allensworth Field in Jefferson. Coach Kyle Stalder’s Rams host the Winterset Huskies in a non-conference JV/varsity twin bill. The varsity game will be broadcast on KG98 and streamed on wwwraccconvalleyradio.com with first pitch set for 7:30 p.m.

The Huskies have a .311 team batting average and team earned run average (ERA) of 4.44. The Rams bat .200 as a team and have a 5.60 team ERA.

The home schedule for the Rams wraps up tomorrow night vs. Humboldt in the regular season finale. The Rams open Class 3A substate play on Friday, July 12 at 7 p.m. vs. top ranked North Polk in Alleman. Friday’s game will also be broadcast on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com.
