The Panorama Panther baseball team battled hard, but unfortunately their season comes to an end as the Panthers fell to the Ankeny Christian Eagles 4-1. Panorama came out into Saturday’s contest with a fire, and quickly took a one point lead in the top of the first. The Panthers would hold the Eagles scoreless for a majority of the game, but would lose their grip on the lead as Ankeny Christian scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth. The Eagles would assure their victory and put the final nail in the Panther season’s coffin scoring their final run in the bottom of the sixth, to secure a 4-1 victory against Panorama.

The Panther baseball team end their season at 10-16. The Panther softball team prepare for battle to keep their post season dreams alive tonight, as they take on the South Central Calhoun Titans at 7PM.
