Greene County and Ft Dodge St. Edmond meet at 6 o’clock tonight in non-conference softball on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradiocom. The competition is varsity only at the City Field on E. Lincolnway in Jefferson and is both the last home game and the regular season finale for the Rams.

The Gaels are ranked fourth in Class 1A by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Association and while the Rams are 4-18 and have dropped their last nine games. St. Edmond won the North Central Conference title and is unbeaten in conference games.

Tuesday’s softball and baseball in Manson scheduled with Manson-Northwest Webster were rained out and won’t be made up.
