Veh 2 Blk 2013 Nissan Altima Driven by Bautista-Espinoza, Kayley Cyrtal of 1501 Willis

Veh 1 backed up from the road due to street construction, was facing east in the 2300 blk of Willis. Unit one backed up west to turn around, did not see unit 2 behind. Minor damage. Approx $2100 total damage.

Arrest: 17 year old male from Perry IA Charged with Operating while Intoxicated 1st offense

Missing 13 yoa boy reported missing from the 2300 blk of 1st St. Juvenile was found in their front yard, all
ok.

Arrest: 15 yoa female of Perry IA. Charged with Assault with bodily injury and cited for Curfew Violation.

Arrest: 16 yoa female of Perry IA. Charged with Assault with bodily injury and cited for Curfew Violation.

Arrest: 15 yoa male of Bagley IA. Charged with Sex abuse 2nd

Arrest: 17 yoa male of Perry, IA. Charged with Possession of Alcohol under Legal Age.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
