Arrest: Perez Garcia, Daniel Armando Age 22 Adr/614 4th St. Charged with Polk County Warrants for Driving while Revoked $1000 c/s, Improper Lane change $300, Fail to Proof Insurance $300, Leave Scene of Accident $300.

Disorderly conduct report made form the 1000 blk of 2nd St. Female had refused to leave, gone on officers’ arrival. Extra patrol conducted.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
